Oilex Ltd with Perseville Investing Inc and Terra Nova Energy (Australia) Pty Ltd to acquire up to a further 51.4997% interest in the Petroleum Exploration Licenses (PELs) 112 and 444 licenses in the Cooper-Eromanga Basins in South Australia. Oilex will acquire an interest of 30.833% in the Licenses for consideration of 9,166,333 ordinary shares in the company at a deemed price of 0.3 cents and $65,000 in cash for a total consideration of $92,499. In addition, the company has been granted an option to acquire a further 20.6667% participating interest in the Licenses. The Option can be exercised for consideration of 20,666,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a deemed price of 0.3 cents for a total consideration of $62,000.
Lithium Consolidated has announced a deal to sell the Tonopah lithium project to Argosy Minerals for an upfront payment of $US50,000 and a potential future milestone payment of $500,000.
Impact Minerals has signed an agreement to sell a sub-block of the EL8505 exploration licence in New South Wales to Alkane Resources for $101,000.

Greenpower Energy is acquiring the Golden Ant gold project in Queensland. Consideration will consist of a $20,000 option fee, $50,000 in cash and $50,000 in shares on exercising the option, and up to $1.65 million in milestone performance payments.
