Metalsearch has announced plans to acquire the Abercorn alumina project in Queensland for $350,000 in cash and $1.4 million in shares.
Sun Resources has raised $615,000 through a placement at 0.2 cents a share.
Oilex Ltd with Perseville Investing Inc and Terra Nova Energy (Australia) Pty Ltd to acquire up to a further 51.4997% interest in the Petroleum Exploration Licenses (PELs) 112 and 444 licenses in the Cooper-Eromanga Basins in South Australia. Oilex will acquire an interest of 30.833% in the Licenses for consideration of 9,166,333 ordinary shares in the company at a deemed price of 0.3 cents and $65,000 in cash for a total consideration of $92,499. In addition, the company has been granted an option to acquire a further 20.6667% participating interest in the Licenses. The Option can be exercised for consideration of 20,666,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a deemed price of 0.3 cents for a total consideration of $62,000.
Lithium Consolidated has announced a deal to sell the Tonopah lithium project to Argosy Minerals for an upfront payment of $US50,000 and a potential future milestone payment of $500,000.
European Metals has raised £750,000 through a placement at 16 pence a share (roughly 32.2 cents).
Adveritas has raised $2.8 million at 10 cents a share in a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors.
Sabre Resources has announced a deal to acquire the Beacon Gold project for a consideration 6 million shares. Sabre also plans to raise $650,000 through a placement of 135 million shares at 0.4 cents a share.
Greenpower Energy is acquiring the Golden Ant gold project in Queensland. Consideration will consist of a $20,000 option fee, $50,000 in cash and $50,000 in shares on exercising the option, and up to $1.65 million in milestone performance payments.
Global Energy Ventures has raised $3 million through a placement at 15 cents a share.
Peako has completed the placement of the shortfall of its recent entitlement offer, raising a further $178,022 bringing the total raised to $756,945.
Stemify has raised a further $500,000 in oversubscriptions to its placement announced in June, bringing the total raised to $2.25 million. The company has also converted $1.37 million of total debt to shares.
