Department of Consumer and Employment Protection action has resulted in an Austar Enterprises appearance in the Supreme Court. The company and principal operator Kimberley Anne Wright pleaded guilty to four charges, and were ordered to pay a fine of $500 each on two charges. A conditional release order was granted, with bonds totalling $4,000 requiring compliance with an undertaking to change the company
’s business practices. Austar Enterprises was the promoter of the Australian Good Food & Accommodation Guide, and of the Connoisseur Card.
