Door-to-door pest control salesman Richard Anthony Ham of Mount Hawthorn has been fined $3,000 with costs of $1,000 for six breaches of the Fair Trading Act.

The Court of Petty Sessions found Mr Ham had made false and misleading representations to consumers about rival pest control company Envirotechnics Pest Management's products and services.
