Emco Building has received contracts worth $11.4 million and $11.5 million respectively for work at the new Wellard and Wandi primary schools.
BE Projects will construct a new classroom block at West Leederville Primary School under a $2.5 million contract, while a $1.3 million contract for Glencoe Primary School’s new admin building has been won by Alliance Builders.
Adco Constructions has won a $5.4 million contract for interior office fitout works on the three floors of the Western Australia Police building on Stirling Street.
Housemaster Constructions has been awarded a $2.4 million contract for the construction of seven dwellings in Halls Creek. Thomas Building has won the $2.3 million contract for construction of a respite centre in Port Hedland. Tjallara Building Company has won a $1.5 million contract for six dwellings in Broome.
Additions and alterations to Main Roads’ Welshpool materials engineering branch will be performed by FIRM Construction under a $2.9 million contract. Also for Main Roads, Aurora Project Group has won a $1.4 million contract for the fitout of level six of the Don Aitken Centre.
Three regional health service refurbishment contracts have been awarded. Firm Construction has won the $2.1 million Wyalkatchem-Koorda and $1.4 million Kununoppin refurbishments, while Devlyn Constructions will do $1.2 million in work at the Goomalling health service.
Perkins Builders will perform forward works for the Bunbury dolphin discovery centre under a $1.5 million contract.
