COMPUTRONICS has broadened its offering to customers with
the purchase of laser alignment and positioning systems expert Applied
Resolution Technologies.
The purchase is for $40,000 and 450,000 CPS shares, which
values ART at $242,500.
Part of the share issue to ART is subject to escrow.
ART’s founder Geoff Edwards will join Computronics.
He started ART in South Australia in 1990 before moving it
to WA in 2003.
Computronics CEO Ole Hansen told the Australian Stock
Exchange that the acquisition and Dr Edwards joining Computronics would help
boost the company’s Farmscan and Electronic Display Systems businesses.
