Complex for sale

THE Clifton complex on Molloy Street Bunbury is for sale by tender for the first time in twenty-five years.

The site, covering 9,138 square metres includes the five-star Grittleton Lodge, Louisa’s restaurant and five other properties.

The fifty-five room hotel is expected to fetch up to $5 million.
