Company loyalty takes a dive

COMPANY loyalty has taken a dive, according to a recent survey by Internet recruitment company Top Jobs on the Net.

The survey questioned employees from a cross section of age groups and occupations, revealing that most workers planned to stay in their current jobs for less than two years and a third only planned to stay another twelve months.

Findings indicated employees were increasingly questioning their career choices, with five per cent unsure whether they would stay in their current position and industry.

The surveyed revealed almost 40 per cent of respondents had neutral or negative opinions of their superiors, while more than half were unhappy with the level of training provided.
