Wayne Fritzsche has resigned as non-executive director for Bone Medical Limited. John Abbott has been appointed as company secretary for Consolidated Minerals Limited, following the resignation of Neil Greygoose. Croesus Mining NL has appointed Michael Kiernan as non-executive chairman following the resignation of Ron Manners. Mr Manners, the founding chairman, will continue to provide advice to the company. Green Rock Energy Limited has appointed Scott Spencer as a non-executive director. Non-executive director Alan Knights will become an executive director. Barry Bolitho has been appointed as non-executive chairman for Jabiru Metals Limited. Denis Waddell resigned as chairman but will remain a non-executive director of the company. The company also appointed Graeme Smith as chief financial officer. Allan Trench has been appointed as a non-executive director for Navigator Resources Limited. Chris Perrott has resigned as managing director for Olea Australis Limited. Peter Quattro has resigned as a director for Pacific Star Network Limited. Stella Tolib has resigned as a director for Pelsart Resources NL. Alan Knights has resigned as company secretary for Perilya Limited. Mark Pallister has resigned as managing director and chief executive officer for QuikTrak Networks Limited. Arthur Ioannou has resigned as director & joint company secretary for Range Resources Limited. The company appointed company secretary Peter Landau as a director. Timothy King has resigned as company secretary and executive director for Sphere Investments Limited, but will remain as a non-executive director.
