Matthew Fogarty and Terrence Chilvers have resigned as directors of the company, however Mr Fogarty will continue as company secretary. •Frankland River Olive Company Ltd - Mark Hohnen has been appointed as chairman and non-executive director. •Genesis Biomedical Ltd - David Semmens has been appointed as joint company secretary.
