Silvia Caruso and Ian Cunningham have been appointed as joint company secretaries for Adamus Resources Limited, following the resignation of Kent Hunter. Glen Koski has been appointed as non-executive director for Advance Healthcare Group Limited. Christopher Innis has been appointed as non-executive director for AIM Resources Limited. He will be based in the United Kingdom. Axiom Properties Limited has appointed Tan Siew Suan as a director; Ms Suan was previously an alternate director for the company. Fortescue Metals Group Limited has appointed Gordon Toll as chairman and Herb Elliott as deputy chairman. Both men were previously directors of the company. Founding chairman Andrew Forrest will retain the role of chief executive officer. Adam Rankine-Wilson has resigned as executive director for Grange Resources Limited. John Maguire has resigned as company secretary for Zylotech Limited; the company appointed chief financial officer Mark Marshall as company secretary, and Mark Pallister as a director. Mr Pallister is a substantial shareholder in Zylotech Limited.
