THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange:
John Traicos has been appointed as Company Secretary of Perilya Mines NL, replacing Julie Wolsley.
Mervyn Jacobson has been appointed as Chairman of Genetic Technologies Limited (formerly Duketon Goldfields NL)
Susmit Shah has resigned as Director of Adultshop.Com Limited. Mr Shah continues as Company Secretary.
S P Wareing has been appointed as Director of Atkins Carlyle Group.
G B Stokes has resigned as Director of Aussie Online Limited.
Alastair Loudon and Brian Jackson will replace Peter Burt and Iain Scott as Directors of Bank of Western Australia Ltd. In addition Susan Wilson has been appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Ms Wilson replaces Garth Berg who has resigned from these positions.
Christopher H de Beyer has been appointed as Director of B2B.net Technology Limited. Marshall Gibbs has resigned as Director.
Yaqoob Khan has resigned as Company Secretary of Queste Communications Ltd, but remains on as a Director. Victor Ho has been appointed as Company Secretary.
Pat Volpe has resigned as Director of Fraser Range Holdings Limited, and John Wilson has resigned as Director and Company Secretary. Noel Bracks has consented to be the new Company Secretary.
