Comings & Goings for WA’s listed companies have been provided by the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange.

Richard Young has resigned as company secretary of Clinical Cell Culture Ltd and has been replaced by Gabriel Chiappini.

Peter Horne has been appointed as managing director of Hartleys Limited.

Chris Storey has resigned as managing director of Marlborough Resources NL, and will continue as a director and consultant on a part-time basis. Peter Reynolds the current general manager has been promoted to managing director of the company.

Peter Dempsey has been appointed as non-executive director of Monadelphous Group Limited. In addition John Rubino has relinquished his position as managing director. Rob Velletri, currently general manager and executive director has been appointed to his position. Irwin Toolman, the current finance director and company secretary will retire from the company as of July.

Peter John Unsworth and Barry Edward Friere have resigned as directors of National 1 Limited. In addition Barry Patterson will be joining the board as chairman.

Garry O'Meally has resigned as chairman of Norwest Energy NL.

Julian Sandt has been appointed as a director of Orchid Capital Limited. Mr Sandt will play a leading role in developing Orchid's business in Asia.

Anthony Brennan has been appointed non-executive chairman of Plexus International Limited. Ron Gajewski, current director of the company has been appointed chief executive officer of the company.

Roland Dieter Bartsch has been appointed as a director of Strategic Minerals Corporation NL.

Geoff Chapman has been appointed as general manager of the geology division of View Resources Ltd.
