THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange:

John McConnell has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Pacific Rim Investment Corporation Ltd.

Stephen Stone has resigned as Non-Executive Chairman and Director of Talon Resources NL. Phillip Pullinger, a founding Director of Talon, has agreed to take on the role of Acting Chairman.

Grant Mooney has been appointed as Company Secretary of Carnegie Corporation following the resignation of Kathryn Davies.

Steven Pynt has resigned as Chairman and Director of International Equities Corp. Ltd. Arulanada Manickam has been appointed as Chairman.
