Comings & Goings for WA’s listed companies have been provided by the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange.

Don Watts has retired as chairman and director of Advanced Energy Systems Limited. Howard Pender will fill the role of chairman for the interim period. In addition, Michael McGilvray has resigned as chief financial officer and as an executive director.

Brian Mangano has resigned as managing director of Australian Growth Limited, and Philip Angers has been appointed as a non-executive director.

John Moore is now non-executive chairman of Australian Heritage Group Limited. Anthony Barton remains as an executive director of the company.
