THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange.

Andrew Parry has resigned as company secretary of ISP Limited. Stephen Kong has been appointed as company secretary in his place.

David Hutchins has been appointed as non-executive director of Murchison United NL.

Gordon McIntosh has changed his responsibilities within My Casino Limited from the position of managing director to executive director-marketing. Michael O’Donnell, the chairman and executive director of the company has assumed responsibility for day-to-day operations.

Hans-Rudolf Moser has been appointed as non-executive director of WebSpy Limited (formerly Livingstone Group Limited).

KC Somes and KF Edwards have resigned as directors of Kanowna Lights Limited.

Peter Gregory Gall has left his position of chief executive officer of Ezenet Limited.

Thomas J O’Neil has been appointed as director of Homestake Mining Company.

Vic Opperman has been appointed as chief executive officer of QuikTrak Networks Ltd. Chris Kyriakou has therefore relinquished his chief executive officer role, but remains as director.

Vittorio Gori has resigned as director of Gold Mines of Sardinia Limited. He will remain as non-executive director. Peter Hambro and Rudolf Agnew have also resigned as directors of Gold Mines of Sardinia Limited.



Company Name Changes

Acclaim Exploration NL has changed its name to Aztec Resources Limited.

Intercontinental Gold & Minerals NL has changed its status to a company limited by shares and changed its name to IGM Group Limited.

Mount Burgess Gold Mining Company NL has changed its name to Mount Burgess Mining NL.

Murray Basin Minerals NL has changed its name to Southern Titanium NL.

Platgold Pacific Limited has changed its name to Startrek Communications Limited.

Summit Resources NL has changed its status to a company limited by shares and is now known as Summit Resources Limited.

Tap Oil NL has changed its status to a company limited by shares and has changed its name to Tap Oil Limited.
