THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange.

Burkhard Brauch has been appointed as chief executive officer of Resource Exploration NL.

Terry Pilcher has resigned as company secretary of Imdex Limited. Charles Steverlynck has been appointed as company secretary to replace him.

P.W. Gardiner has resigned as a director and interim non-executive chairman of Imdex Limited. I. Burston has been elected non-executive chairman.

Ian Fletcher has resigned as director of Technology Limited.

Ian Rodwell has resigned as director of MAX Multimedia Limited.

Graham Anderson has been appointed as director of Limited.

Tarrence Ros Kestel has been appointed as chairman of Timemac Solutions Limited. Eraszim Harry Swieboda has resigned as chairman and will remain on as chief executive officer.

Douglas Bailey has resigned as director of Aurora Gold Ltd.

Vaughn Philip Toomey has been appointed as company secretary of Consolidated Foods Australia Ltd. Mark Laurence Pearce has resigned as company secretary.

Dr Ian Burston has been appointed as managing director of Portman Mining Limited. He replaces Geoff Wedlock who has resigned as managing director.

Christopher Wighton has been removed as an alternate director of eNTITy1 Limited.

Chris Tate has resigned as managing director of daytraderHQ Ltd. Ross Smith will assume the role as managing director.

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has appointed Andrew Johnson to its expanding Growth Solutions division. Mr Johnson's focus is on business consulting and providing taxation advice, especially to the e-business, wineries and IT sectors.

James Miller has joined Dôme Coffees Australia as human resources manager. Mr Miller has 14 years postgraduate human resource experience in banking and finance, education, hospitality, gaming and entertainment.

Silvia Caratti has been promoted to manager - business services division by MGI Brandsma Crockett. Ms Caratti was previously a senior accountant. David Montani, formerly a senior accountant, has also been promoted to manager - business services division.

Ralph Ward-Amber (above) has been appointed to the Board of pieNETWORKS Limited. He is currently chairman of AMRAD Corporation Limited and Heat Exchangers Inter-national Limited. He has served on many boards, including Caterpillar of Australia Ltd, OVS Investment Corporation, Spot-less Services and the CSIRO.

Steve Kirkpatrick has been appointed by Rydges Perth Hotel as general manager/area manager NT, WA and SA. He was previously area manager of Northern Territory and Queensland. He has also been general manager at Rydges Southbank in Brisbane, The Wentworth in Sydney and Rydges Plaza, Cairns.
