THE following company personnel changes have been notified to the WA office of the Australian Stock Exchange:

PLV Walsh has resigned as Secretary of Kings Minerals Limited.

AJ McDonald, the current Joint Secretary, remains in position and will continue as the Company Secretary.

Richard Reid, of Mermaid Marine Australia Limited,

has appointed Christopher Sutherland as his alternate.

Michael Pelly has been appointed to the Board of Australian Liquor Group Ltd.

Burswood Limited has announced that Michael Egan replaced Yew Seng Kwa as Company Secretary. Mr Yew Seng Kwa continues in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Ron Stanley has resigned as Chairman of Mt Grace Resources NL and has been replaced by CrAIg Readhead.
