John Langford has been appointed executive chairman, and Paul Price as a non-executive director of Border Gold. Steven Rosich has been appointed company secretary.
Christopher Bath has been appointed company secretary of public officer of Hillcrest Resources. He replaces John Barr who has resigned from these positions.
Frank Demarte has resigned as company secretary of Finders Gold NL. Dean William Calder has been appointed to take his place.
