Coleman joins Amcom Telecommunications

Former managing director of Home Building Society, Craig Coleman, has joined the board of Perth-based Amcom Telecommunications as a non-executive director.

Mr Coleman replaces former chief executive of Futuris Corporation Ltd, which is a shareholder in Amcom, Les Wozniczka who announced his resignation in June.

Mr Wozniczka will exit the Amcom board upon completion of the proposed off-market share buy-back and the exit of Futuris as a major shareholder.

Mr Coleman held the managing director role at Home Building Society from 2004 to 2006, and has held several senior positions with ANZ Banking Group.

He is currently on the boards of Bell Financial Ltd, Amadeus Energy Ltd, Rubik Financial Ltd and Viburnum Funds Pty Ltd, which is backed by the Wyllie Group.

Mr Coleman is also a non-executive director with the Wyllie Group which is a substantial shareholder of Amcom.
