Clough wins Indonesian offshore contract

CLOUGH has won a $33 million offshore installation contract with ConocoPhillips Indonesia for the Kerisi oil and gas project.

In an equal joint venture with its Indonesian subsidiary Petroesea, Clough will be responsible for the installation of 50 kilometres of flowlines, wellhead frames and subsea structures for the Keris project, which is located in the Natuna Sea 540 kilometres north east of Singapore.

The pipelines will tie to a recently installed Floating Production and Storage Offloading vessel.

The Indonesia job follows last month’s confirmation that Clough’s oil and gas division had secured a $280 million contract for India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation for the development of the first deepwater gas field off India’s east coast.
