Clough boosts property interests

CLOUGH Property, a subsidiary of local engineering group Clough, has interests in four new projects with the potential to add turnover of over $75 million to the group.Clough Property has bought an $8.5 million mixed-use development site in Claremont, a joint venture interest with Elderslie Property Investments in a 12-hectare site north east of Melbourne’s CBD, a 12-lot industrial subdivision in the Victorian town of Lara and a 31ha site in Tasmania.Clough managing director David Singleton said the acquisitions would diversify the firm’s portfolio and provide a solid income stream in coming years.
