Former FMG executive Russell Scrimshaw has been appointed chairman at Cleveland Mining.

Cleveland Mining Company has announced former Fortescue Metals Group director Russell Scrimshaw as its new chairman, while Iluka Resources has appointed former Murchison Metals managing director Greg Martin as its new chair.

Cleveland announced today that Don Bailey would retire as chairman, following the company’s next board meeting in August.
