Domain Administration Ltd will hand over edu.au services to education.au Ltd on June 6.
In 2002, the Ministerial Council for Education, Employment, Training and Youth Affairs, the Australian Vice Chancellor’s Committee and the .au Domain Administration Ltd agreed that the policy and registrar function for the edu.au domain would be transferred to authorities representing the interests of the Australian education and training community.
From June 12, education.au limited will assume the position of registrar and provide all edu.au domain name services.
Applications for new domain names or changes to existing registration details can be made at www.domainname.edu.au
