THERE have been three resignations at MJB&B Advertising and Marketing recently, including that of company co-founder Brian Bowley. The company’s creative services director Paul Kingsley and media director Melissa Hickford have also left the firm. MJB&B managing director Craig Billings said the agency was “continuing with a planned management and staff restructure” which began last year when Mr Bowley left. “MJB&B is going through a planned evolutionary change which is natural after a founding partner leaves,” he said. Mr Billings said MJB&B remained a solid business and, in the big picture, nothing had changed. “We have recently had some people leaving the agency for a variety of reasons, which you see in the normal course of business in an agency the size of MJB&B,” he said. “Personal reasons such as wanting to return home interstate or for family pursuits and others just seeking new career challenges.” Mr Billings said the company had advertised nationally for a creative director and would announce Mr Kingsley’s replacement soon. MJB&B office manager Jo Maher said the company was unaware of any clients doing business with ex-MJB&B staff members.
