CHAMELEON Mining has been forced into liquidation over a
$200,000 claim from a former consultant.
Rupert Company director Robert McLennan lodged the claim,
saying it was money he was owed for mining tenements he sold to Chameleon.
The New South Wales Supreme Court ordered, in December, that
Chameleon be wound up and that John Vouris be appointed liquidator.
Mr McLennan’s contract relationship with Chameleon was
terminated in March.
However, some of the tenements he sold to the company were
used for its listing.
