Century City Perth building goes green

DEVELOPERS of the $250 million Century City Perth project have entered into an Australian Building Greenhouse Rating commitment agreement. The commitment by the project developers for 100 St Georges Terrace with the Sustainable Energy Development Office is understood to be the first for a commercial office tower in Western Australia. Under the agreement, the developers committed to designing, constructing and operating the building to achieve a 4.5-star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating. The building will be owned by Industry Superannuation Property Trust and the co-developer is the Pivot Group.
