A STATEMENT of claim raised by Adrienne and Adrian Catlin against the National Australia Bank and Indiran Rajadurai has been struck out.
The Catlins had several loan accounts with the bank relating to their home and business in Karratha that they had entered into from 1995 to 1997.
In 2000 the bank served a notice of demand on the Catlins and on May 3 2002 the Supreme Court gave it the right to possess the Catlins’ home.
