WORKS Infrastructure clinched the award for environmental excellence in the project worth up to $2 million category for its Mount Lawley Senior High School site remediation work.

The Water Corporation’s Derby Wastewater Reuse Scheme won the environmental excellence award in the projects worth between $2 million and $10 million bracket for creating a controlled wetland with wastewater produced by Derby residents.

Mandurah Ocean Marina North Harbour won the environmental excellence award in the project worth more than $10 million category for the way it went about creating the marina. The project also won the construction excellence award in the over $10 million category – the first time one project has clinched both prizes in the awards’ 10 year history.

Force Equipment Service & Hire won the construction excellence award in the project worth up to $2 million category for coastal protection works at Quinns Beach.

Georgiou Group won the construction excellence award in the project worth between $2 million and $10 million category for its demolition, remediation and earthworks at the old Metrobus site as part of the first stage of the long-awaited Eastern Gateway project.
