Capitol pays $550k for Kalamunda Dental

CAPITOL Health Ltd has added to its stable of practices, acquiring the surgery and facilities of Kalamunda Dental Care for $550,000. The consideration covers all plant and equipment, inventories, leasehold improvements and goodwill, with the principal dentist, Robert Davis, remaining with the centre for two years. The Subiaco-based corporate dental group anticipates a proportion of the consideration will be debt financed. Kalamunda represents the first acquisition for the company since it listed on the ASX in June.
