CAPE Bouvard Investments has bought two apartment sites in Joondalup City from LandCorp for $2.17 million.
The sites on Shoveler Terrace achieved a record price per square metre for larger sites in LandCorp’s Joondalup Lakefront subdivision.
The latest acquisition follows Cape Bouvard’s purchase in January of the two sites on which it is building Lakeview Apartments.
Cape Bouvard sales and marketing manager Steve Hill said the company had made significant investments in Joondalup over the past decade.
“The acquisition of the Shoveler Terrace sites brings to $38 million the value of our past, current and projected projects in Joondalup City,” Mr Hill said.
The company also has a $16 million residential land development in neighbouring Heathridge.
Covering a total area of 9,000 square metres and offering views over Central Park and Lakeside Park through to Lake Joondalup, lots 173 and 174 Shoveler Terrace will be developed to complement the Lakeview Apartments.
