Cancer patients receive Parmelia pampering
Baldivis woman Robin Bartlett is the inaugural winner of a new pamper weekend initiative – the result of a partnership between the Cancer Council Western Australia and Parmelia Hilton Perth.
People who use the Cancer Council’s services are eligible to enter a monthly draw to win a weekend pamper package for two including two nights in a five-star Parmelia Hilton suite, champagne and chocolates, valet parking and breakfast in The Globe restaurant.
The total package is valued at $750.
The Parmelia Hilton will give away one pamper weekend every month for the next 12 months to an entrant who has used one of the Cancer Council’s many support services.
Mrs Bartlett, who recently received treatment for cancer, said the weekend of pampering would mean a great deal to herself and her husband.
She said she was also very grateful for the Cancer Council WA Support Group in Mundaring run by support nurse Julie Ryan.
