CPA Week

CPA Week 2007 is to be held from November 12 to 15 at the Hyatt Regency. The week will consist of 39 technical sessions focused on latest finance and accounting issues and methodologies, 10 master classes that will aim to build and develop industry specific skills, and six keynote addresses from various speakers. Speakers and presenters include: Chris Baring-Gould – CFO, Anglicare Victoria; Prabhu Sivabalan – lecturer in the University of Technology Sydney’s School of Accounting; Michael Dietrich – CEO, Phalanx Resources (Vic); Rob Gell – chairman of Access Environmental and Channel 7 Melbourne weatherman; Eric Ripper – Deputy Premier, Treasurer and Minister for State Development; Peter O’Meara – CEO, Emirates Western Force; and Paul Murray – former editor, The West Australian. Various registration packages are available, from $132 per session to $1,397 (members) or $1,661 (non members) for a four day registration package.
