CBH Resources Ltd has announced today the appointment of former Minara Resources Ltd executive Stephen Dennis as chief executive officer.
Mr Dennis joined the company earlier this year as managing director of CBH Sulphur Springs, where he is leading the development of the $213 million Panorama copper/zinc project in the Pilbara, and will continue in that position.
CBH Resources' headquarters will remain in Sydney.

The Company advises that Stephen Dennis, aged 49, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr Dennis, who joined the Company earlier this year, will continue as Managing Director of CBH Sulphur Springs where he is leading the team to get the Panorama Copper/Zinc Project into production.
Mr Dennis has extensive experience in the resources industry, having covered an exceptional mix of commercial, financial and operational management roles throughout his career.
Between 1982 and 1996, Mr Dennis held various senior management positions at MIM Holdings Limited, including at the Mt Isa operations.
From 1997 to 2005, he was at Minara Resources Limited where he held the position of Group General Manager and then Chief Financial Officer. In 2006, Mr Dennis moved to Brambles Australia Limited where he was Regional Director of that company's minerals transport operations in Western Australia.
Mr Dennis is also a non-executive director of Heron Resources Limited.
Mr Dennis brings proven project and executive management expertise to CBH at a time of rapid growth in the Company, with two new mines in development and a pipeline of projects under evaluation.
