The Vines
The need for integrated developments(housing, employment, commercial, education, health & leasure facilities) are a must. The days of building stand alone housing developments ala Ellenbrook with all its attendant social issues are long way gone. The sooner the industrial park is created with attendant employment opportunities and required transport links, the better for all of us.
