Boom bursts onto ASX

NATIONAL crane company Boom Logistics has debuted on the Australian Stock Exchange with its shares listing at $1.10 – a 37.5 per cent premium to its issue price of 80 cents.

The Boom initial public offering was oversubscribed at the beginning of October after raising $27 million.

The successful capital raising will allow management to implement its planned acquisition of five established businesses in Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
