Chris Stone has joined Black Cat's board and has subsequently been appointed acting managing director following James Bruce’s departure from the role.
Mr Bruce was chosen to run Black Cat following the resignation last November of Gareth Solly after eight years in the company's top executive job.

Nathan Rose has been appointed joint company secretary following Melanie Ross’ resignation.
Mr Rose will work alongside Simon Acomb, who continues as company secretary.

Ryan Stokes has been appointed non-executive chair, succeeding Teresa Dyson, who continues as a director.
Mr Stokes’ appointment comes seven months after his billionaire father, Kerry Stokes, parted ways as chair in February, briefly handing over to Heith Mackay-Cruise before the latter stood down.
