Board moves July 3, 2024

Today's board moves wrap includes Thomas Scott-Morey, Sam Pearce , Kevin Dundo, Winnie Lai Hadad, Nicky Martin, Michelle Kennedy, Kelly Moore, Blair Way, John Drapack and Cathryn Moffett.

Patriot Battery Metals (ASX:PMT)

Chief operating officer Blair Way has retired but will stay with Patriot as a non-executive director. In addition, John Drapack has been announced as director - studies, and Cathryn Moffett has been assigned as director - environment.

Challenger Gold (ASX:CEL)

Challenger Gold has announced two new additions to its executive team. Michelle Kennedy and Kelly Moore have been appointed as joint company secretaries. Ms Moore has also been appointed as interim chief financial officer role. The two appointments follow the resignation of Scott Funston from Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.

Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX:BTR)

Brightstar has announced the appointment of Nicky Martin as chief finance officer.  Ms Martin joins the company after spending seven years at Pilbara Minerals as head of Finance.  Brightstar Managing Director Alex Rovira said Ms Martin's previous experience is impressive and he expects her to be a significant asset on the company's leadership team.

Avenira Limited (ASX:AEC)

Two of Avenira Limited’s non-executive directors, Kevin Dundo and Winnie Lai Hadad, have resigned from the board. Avenira Executive Chairman Brett Clark has thanked Mr Dundo and Ms Lai Hadad for their contribution to the company.

Collgat Renewables

Long-term chief executive Thomas Scott-Morey has resigned from Collgar Renewables after a decade at the helm. Sam Pearce has stepped into the role, having begun his tenure at the beginning of the financial year. Mr Scott-Morrey will support Collgar Renewables and aid in the transition to the new chief executive.
