Douglas Abrahams has been appointed non-executive director of MCM. His appointment follows the resignation of non-executive directors Andrew Mifflin and Julian Hoskin. Mr Abrahams has been credited with over 30 years of experience in audit and business advisory roles.

Deborah Le Moignan has been appointed interim chief financial officer. She replaces Penelope Beattie, who resigned to pursue other career opportunities. Ms Le Moignan’s steps into the new role following her recent appointment as financial controller.
Carnaby Resources (ASX:CNB)
Greg Barrett has stepped down from his role as joint company secretary but will remain a non-executive director on the board of directors. Mr Barrett’s fellow joint company secretary, Steven Bowler, will continue as company secretary.
Talga Group (ASX:TLG)
Eva Nordmark has been appointed as chair of Talga AB's board of directors in Sweden. Ms Nordmark’s appointment coincides with the transition of Talga’s Vittangi Anode project from advanced pre-production to execution and operation.
MTM Critical Metals (ASX:MTM)
Lachlan Reynolds has resigned as chief executive but will remain with MTM over the next few months to ensure a smooth transition. Mr Reynolds has been an integral part of MTM, serving in various roles since the company was listed in 2021. He is expected to continue as an exploration consultant at the conclusion of his tenure.
Greatland Gold (AIM:GGP)
Dean Horton has been announced as chief financial officer. He replaces acting CFO Monique Connolly, who has transitioned to a new role as general manager - finance. Greatland’s managing director, Shaun Day, thanked Ms Connolly for her stewardship and said Mr Horton would be a great addition to the company’s management team.
