Board moves January 9, 2025

Today’s board moves wrap includes Andrew Mills, John Simmonds, Julian Hanna and George Ventouras. 

Orbital Corporation 

Andrew Mills has been appointed Executive Director.  

He has been credited with over 25 years of experience in automotive and aerospace organisations. 

Nimy Resources

John Simmonds has been appointed technical advisor - geology.

Mr Simmonds has been credited with extensive experience in geology and copper, platinum group elements, and nickel exploration.

Artemis Resources

Julian Hanna has been appointed managing director. 

He assumes the role after serving as Senior Technical Advisor since the start of December last year.

Concurrently, George Ventouras has resigned from his role as executive director.
