Cauldron Energy has appointed current chief financial officer and company secretary Michael Fry as a director, following the resignation of Simon Youds who has served on the board since March 2019.
Bruce Parncutt AO has resigned as non-executive director of De Grey Mining. He had been on the board since 2019.
Ross Dinsdale, who has been the general corporate manager of Mallee Resources over the past four years, has been appointed chief financial officer. Mr Dinsdale takes over the role from Rowan Caren, who remains an executive director and company secretary. The company also advised that Stephen Hendel has resigned as a director due to competing commitments and potential conflicts with his role as managing director of Hartree, a shareholder and business partner of Mallee.
Northern Star Resources has appointed current senior legal counsel Sarah Reilly as joint company secretary. Ms Reilly has been the senior legal counsel and assistant company secretary since 2018.
