Esports Mogul Asia Pacific has appointed Travis Howle as principal software engineer, Robert Connolly III as product director and Tobias Guse as senior front-end software engineer. They will form the core of the software engineering and development team, and are responsible for driving the ongoing development of its sports tournament platform, Mogul Arena, which is planned to launch early in the 4th quarter.
Quantify Technology Holdings has appointed ex-Cisco executive, David Barker, to the newly created position of general manager. Mr Barker has been a consultant to the company’s enterprise solutions division. Prior to that, he spent almost 20 years at Cisco in various senior roles including as country manager for New Zealand.
Pacific Bauxite has announced a restructure of its board. Mark Gwynne will step down as executive chair, assuming the role of executive director and chief executive with a focus on advancing the bauxite exploration activities in the Solomon Islands. Current non-executive director John Ciganek will become non-executive chair.
Andrew Steers has been appointed chief financial officer of Vector Resources. Mr Steers will be based in Perth and his appointment strengthens the company’s senior management team as it expands its activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Terry Bowen has resigned as finance director of Wesfarmers, but will remain as chief financial officer until November 2017.
Martin Reed has stepped down as interim chief operating officer of Sandfire Resources. Richard Beazley has been appointed acting chief operating officer.
