Elaine Darby has advised AusCann Group Holdings of her intention to step down as managing director as the company transitions from a startup, focused on licensing and product development, to a pharmaceutical production and sales business. Ms Darby will continue in her role to ensure an orderly transition of leadership responsibilities. Paul MacLeman has been appointed executive director and will lead the executive search process for a new chief executive. Dr MacLeman has over 25 years of board and executive experience across the life sciences, agricultural and not-for-profit sectors.
Neometals has appointed Jennifer Purdie and Leslie Guthrie as non-executive directors. Dr Purdie has held roles in engineering, senior technology, strategy & operations for leading international mining companies. Mr Guthrie has over 40 years of experience in high-level roles within senior corporate management, project management and capital program development in the UK, Australia, North America and Asia. Their appointments will add extensive experience and skills to the board ahead of Neometals’ plan to demerge the Barrambie Titanium-Vanadium Project into a new ASX-listed company.
Danielle Corcoran has been appointed joint company secretary of Homeloans. Ms Corcoran has been the general manager of governance, change and culture at Homeloans since December 2017.
