Board Moves September 25, 2017

Coventry Group has announced the retirement of non-executive director Ken Perry and the appointment of Rod Jackson as chief financial officer. Andrew Nisbet will also be joining the company as non-executive director from October 1.

Angus Walker has resigned as chief executive of Empire Oil & Gas. During this 6-month notice period, non-executive director Stuart Brown will take on a more active role in managing the ongoing business of the company.

Tony Howarth intends to retire as non-executive chair of MMA Offshore at the conclusion of the 2017 AGM. Current non-executive director Andrew Edwards has been designated chairman-elect by the board. The company has also appointed Peter Kennan as non-executive director.
