Board Moves September 2, 2019

Mark Hancock has been appointed executive director of Fe. Mr  Hancock has over 30 years of experience in key financial, commercial and marketing roles across a variety of industries, with a strong focus on natural resources. Kenneth Keogh has resigned from the board.

Michael Rennie, current non-executive director of LiveHire, has been appointed non-executive chair. He succeeds Geoffrey Morgan who has retired from the board.

Milan Jerkovic has resigned as non-executive director of Metals X.

Emmanuel Correia has resigned as non-executive director of Orminex due to other business commitments.

Charis Law has resigned as non-executive director of drone safety systems company ParaZero.

David Riekie has been appointed interim chief executive of Poseidon Nickel while the search is underway for a permanent managing director and chief executive.

Steve Formica has joined the board of Ragnar Metals as non-executive chair, following the resignation of Sara Kelly who is focusing on other business interests. Mr  Formica has been a successful businessman and operations manager for over 35 years in several private business ventures across multiple industry sectors.
