Board Moves September 16, 2019

Sean Meakin will take over from Fleur Hudson as company secretary of AssetOwl on September 20. Mr  Meakin is a company secretary of several ASX-listed companies and has been an assistant to Ms  Hudson since January 2017.

Capricorn Metals has appointed Kim Massey as chief executive, Paul Thomas as chief operating officer, Stephen Evans as general manager of operations, and Myles Ertzen as non-executive director. Peter Thompson has resigned as chief operating officer. Douglas Jendry, Tim Kestell and Stuart Pether have resigned as non-executive directors. The changes come at a time when the company is transitioning to a developmental and operational phase for the Karlawinda Gold Project.
