Lianne Grove has been appointed to a newly-created role of chief commercial officer at Hexagon Resources. Ms Grove is an experienced Certified Practicing Accountant and senior finance professional with 25 years of experience, including more than 15 years in senior management positions. She is also the founder of Financial Wellness Australia, a provider of workplace financial wellness programs, financial literacy training, coaching and support services.
Philippa Leggat has stepped down as executive corporate director of Geopacific Resources in order to pursue new opportunities in the junior resources sector.
Michael Arnett has joined the board of Kogi Iron as non-executive director. Mr Arnett has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, corporate adviser and director of professional service firms and public listed companies.
Strandline Resources has appointed experienced mining executive Peter Watson as executive director, strategy & development. Mr Watson is a chemical engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the global resources sector and has corporate experience running ASX-listed companies. He joined Strandline’s senior management team in 2017 and was executive director of development prior to this appointment.
