Board Moves October 5, 2020

Carnarvon Petroleum has appointed Debra Bakker as non-executive director. Ms Bakker is an experienced financier and non-executive director in the natural resources industry, including significant international experience in project finance, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions.

Karen O'Neill has resigned as managing director of Kingsrose Mining and will remain in the position until the end of the year. The company also advised that founding director John Morris will retire effective immediately and non-executive director Peter Lester will be leaving the board at the upcoming AGM on November 19.

Dr Nicole Adshead-Bell has joined Matador Mining as non-executive director. Dr Adshead-Bell is an experienced mining executive and non-executive director, and has worked in an executive capacity in technical, corporate, institutional investor and investment banking roles for 25 years.

Matthew Keane will join S2 Resources in November as chief executive, filling the role recently vacated by Dr Mark Bennett as a result of his move to executive chair. Mr Keane is a geologist with over 20 years of experience in mining, exploration and financial markets.
