Board Moves October 31, 2023

Artemis Resources has appointed George Ventouras as executive director. Dr Simon Dominy has relinquished the interim CEO role but remains a UK-based non-executive director, and Dan Smith has resigned as non-executive director having served on the board since February 2019. Mr Ventouras has over 15 years of experience in the resources sector and over 30 years in business development, corporate restructuring, listing & promoting ASX companies, and marketing.

Tony Lau has resigned as non-executive director of Brightstar Resources. Mr Lau has been the company secretary from 2014 to 2021, and as non-executive director since February 2023.

Suvo Strategic Minerals has appointed current chief financial officer Bojan Bogunovic as interim chief executive, following the resignation of Hugh Thomas who was appointed managing director and chief executive in February 2023. Aaron Banks will also transition from interim non-executive chair to non-executive chair. Mr Bogunovic joined the company as group financial controller in July 2021 and was promoted to chief financial officer in October 2021. He has also been acting in a joint capacity as chief commercial officer for the last 4 months, focusing on the sale and marketing of hydrous kaolin throughout the Asia Pacific region.
