Board Moves October 31, 2019

Auroch Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Ed Mason as non-executive chair, following the resignation of Glenn Whiddon who has been on the board and as chair since 2013.

Stuart Usher has replaced Richard Joughin as company secretary of Blina Minerals. Mr  Usher is an experienced CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with 25 years of experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies.

George Jaja will be finishing up as chief executive of Intiger Group today. Tim Thornton, current chief technology officer, has been appointed interim chief executive.

Troy Morrison has retired as managing director of Scope Systems after 12 years in the role, but remains with the company as non-executive director.

Peter Unsworth has stepped down as non-executive director of Stealth Global Holdings.
