Board Moves October 30, 2023

Encounter Resources has advised that after 18 years on the board, Paul Chapman will be retiring as non-executive chair at the upcoming AGM on 24 November with current managing director Will Robinson taking over as executive chair.

Larvotto Resources has appointed Paul Frawley as exploration manager, and current chief financial officer Nick Longmire will also take on the role of joint company secretary. Mr Frawley has over 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, across a wide variety of commodities including gold, copper, iron, vanadium, lithium, REE and base metals within Australia and in West & Central Africa.

Nathan Bartrop has resigned as joint company secretary of Leo Lithium.

Sean Harvey will step down as non-executive chair of Perseus Mining at the upcoming AGM on 21 November, but will continue to support the company in a consulting role until the end of March 2024. Mr Harvey is the longest serving director, having joined as a non-executive director in 2009 and appointed chair in April 2017. Jeff Quartermaine, chief executive and managing director since February 2013, will become acting executive chair until a successor has been appointed.
